While many people focus on caffeine or screen time to improve their rest, the quality of your sleep may depend on how much fiber you fed your gut bacteria during the day. A study of over 3,500 adults found that individuals who consumed more than 21 grams of fiber daily experienced significantly better sleep architecture than those who ate less.
