Edvard Munch's iconic painting "The Scream" has been stolen from Norwegian museums not once, but twice! In 1994, thieves brazenly cut the painting from a wall, leaving a note mocking security. It was recovered three months later. A decade later, armed robbers held museum staff at gunpoint, taking "The Scream" and "Madonna." Both were recovered two years later, thankfully with only minor damage.
