The Partnership for Healthy Mouths, Healthy Lives launched National Brush Day in 2012 to combat the dental consequences of Halloween. While children often consume massive amounts of sugar on October 31st, this initiative focuses on the morning after to reinforce the '2min2x' rule: brushing for two minutes, twice a day.
