Coupang was fined for tracking users on other websites
The South Korean retail giant collected the browsing history and IP addresses of 11 million users without consent, leading to a record-breaking penalty.
Privacy regulators in South Korea issued a historic fine of 624.6 billion won against the e-commerce giant Coupang.
