In March 1994, Aeroflot Flight 593 crashed into the Kuznetsk Alatau mountains after the relief pilot brought his teenage children into the cockpit. While his daughter sat in the captain's seat, his son unknowingly partially disengaged the autopilot by applying pressure to the control column.
