The Fibonacci sequence and golden ratio are nature's hidden code, appearing in everything from flower petals and seed spirals to shells and galaxies, optimizing growth and aesthetics.

The Fibonacci sequence (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8...) where each number is the sum of the two before it, appears everywhere in nature. From the spirals of sunflower seeds (often 21 and 34) and pinecones (5 and 8, or 8 and 13) to the growth patterns of nautilus shells, this mathematical pattern is surprisingly common.
